Substance Use Services
Support for people working toward recovery, at a pace that feels right.
Recovery Support
Counseling creates space to understand how substance use developed, what keeps it going, and what you want to change. Treatment is shaped around your needs, strengths, readiness, goals and circumstances.
Substance use and mental health concerns often occur together. Therapy may explore how anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress or relationship difficulties interact with substance use, and when family support may help too.
